No Show + Cancellation Policy

No Showing your appointment will require a fee of 100% of the missed appointment.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment we now require 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule.  Canceling less than 48 hours for any appointment will result in a 50% appointment scheduled cancellation fee.

Refunds + Exchanges

- We do not issue refunds for services or products. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days. We would be happy to adjust the color/cut.
- If you purchased a product and are not satisfied with it, please contact the salon within 2 weeks. We will gladly exchange it for another.
