No Show + Cancellation Policy

No Showing your appointment will require a fee of 100% of the missed appointment.


If you need to cancel or reschedule your hair appointment we now require 48 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or reschedule.  Canceling less than 48 hours for any appointment will result in a 50% appointment scheduled cancellation fee.

We love all of our clients at Mane + Sage Salon, and we want to make sure everyone feels safe and comfortable during these difficult times.  

- If you are experiencing cold like symptoms or tested positive for covid, we would appreciate that you would reschedule your appointment with us. Please take this time to rest and recover. We will be here ready for you, when you're feeling 100%!

Refunds + Exchanges

- We do not issue refunds for services or products. However, if you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days. We would be happy to adjust the color/cut.
- If you purchased a product and are not satisfied with it, please contact the salon within 2 weeks. We will gladly exchange it for another.
